Project - Expand “Project Recover” to add Hanover and to add capacity in Chesterfield and Richmond. “Project Recover” embeds certified peers with first responders to connect people who overdose to resources. It is a partnership between the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the “Imagine the Freedom” Foundation, and several localities in Central Virginia.
